Course Description:

The goal of this program is to appreciate the value ethical leadership brings to healthcare organizations. 

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of the course, the learner will be able to:

  • Describe relative strengths and weaknesses of ethics law 
  • Explain ethical leadership
  • Understand mindset, and how it impacts performance
  • Apply practical leadership skills 
  • Know how to transform corporate culture  

Intended Audience

This course is appropriate for all mental health and healthcare workers.
