Course Description

The goal of this program is to help learners create a workplace culture that enhances employee morale and productivity while reducing the costs associated with employee turnover. 

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of the course, the learner will be able to:

  • Value the significance of corporate culture
  • Use techniques to transform a bad corporate culture
  • Understand and apply ways to retain and continuously improve an already good workplace culture

Intended Audience

This course is appropriate for all mental health and healthcare workers.
